Procedure to Compete in a WNBF Competition:

1. Download and fill-out the WNBF Competitor’s Application Form
2. Fill the WNBF Banned Substances Form
3. We will notify you if your Application is accepted or not

1. Download and fill-out the appropriate WNBF Entry Application Form (below)
   that you intend to compete in
2. Return (email/fax/mail) the WNBF Competitor’s Application Form
   and WNBF Banned Substances Form to WNBF with payment (details on form)
3. Return (fax/email/mail) the WNBF Entry Application Form to the Promoter
   of the WNBF Competition (details on form) with payment (details on form)
4. We will send you out a confirmation
