In consideration for your acceptance of my application to join the World Natural Bodybuilding Federation (WNBF), I understand and agree to abide by the rules and by-laws, as amended, of the WNBF, including the drug-free and conduct policies of the organization. I understand that, in order to compete in a WNBF-sanctioned event, I will be required to submit up to two (2) drug tests to validate a seven year abstinence from the use of any type of steroids, hormones, prohormones, prescription diuretics and any and all other compounds deemed illegal by the WNBF. I will also be asked to validate an absence of muscle implants via drug testing. I further agree to abide by the decision of the WNBF concerning my participation in a WNBF- sanctioned contest pending the results of one or both tests, as well as my adherence to all WNBF rules and regulations.

Failure to pass WNBF drug test(s) or failure to adhere to WNBF rules and regulations will result in my expulsion from the competition in question, have my name & photo publicised, as well as loss of WNBF eligibility for seven years and I agree to return to the WNBF all the prizes, trophies, monies, etc… that were given to me. I also agree to submit to any and all out-of-season testing required by the WNBF and agree to stand by the results of said testing, whatever it may be.

Waiver: I hereby waive and release any claims or demands against the WNBF, its representatives, sponsors and promoters that may arise out of my participation in a WNBF-sanctioned event or my membership in the WNBF.

This membership is valid for one full year from the date of joining at an annual cost of $119.

CASH PRIZES ARE ONLY ENTITLED TO PROFESSIONAL ATHLETES.
FUNDING & FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TOWARD TRIPS WILL BE GIVEN AWAY TO CERTAIN DIVISION & OVERALL WINNERS.
PRIZES WILL BE GIVEN TO WNBF ATHLETES IN BOTH PROFESSIONAL & AMATEUR CATEGORIES.
